Help Phone Lines

Offers peer counselling to for those who have suffered a mental illness of any kind, especially those who are feeling lonely, isolated or who might be new to the community. Peer support volunteers have experienced their own mental health issues and therefore are in a unique position to offer support to others in order to improve the quality of their life. Also assist in connecting people to services and groups where people's interests lie.
