Provides culturally appropriate, holistic support to Elders in the community that focuses on achieving and maintaining wellness through the balanced teachings of the Medicine Wheel.
The program includes social and group activities, Aboriginal Patient Navigator services, luncheons, and help with accessing health care, housing and or mental health services.
