Participants learn healthy coping skills, connect with other Indigenous young people in the community, receive culturally appropriate support, and engage in physical activities as part of their mental wellness plan. Provided through local Indigenous organizations and may be available in person or online.

Activities include community gatherings, annual retreats, think tanks, outings, and wellness fairs. Participants also have access to an Elder, a health practitioner, and community support services information.

Offers a free information tool kit and six phone-based sessions, to help adults with chronic conditions, chronic pain or diabetes, manage their physical and emotional well-being.

The tool kit is mailed to the participants and they then meet in small groups by phone or computer audio. Those who wish to not participate in the phone calls can choose to have the tool kit mailed to them only.

Provides residential treatment support for adults who have completed a full-recovery treatment program and need help to further strengthen their wellness and recovery.
